| Georgia's rivers, lakes and streams are in trouble. A large portion of the sources of water pollution relate to our daily activities where we live and work. The good news is that there is hope for Georgia's rivers, lakes and streams. One way is to request a free workshop to be held in your community or with your organization and learn alternatives to the daily activities that generate pollution. The Great American Clean Up will be held at the North Fulton Recycling Center on Saturday, April 19, 2008 from 10am until 2pm. Please bring all recyclable materials such as computers, compact fluorescent bulbs, batteries and more to be disposed of properly.
